How can I find my perfect villa?
On the homepage and the villa page you will find the 'search and book' option to find your dream holiday to Tuscany. Select the desired month and if you want desired part of Tuscany. Click on 'search' and the villas with facilities filter on the left will appear. Then select your wishes and your dream villa becomes a reality!
How does the search filter work?
With the search filter you can select on desired travel date, price, number of people, number of rooms, distances and facilities. You can adjust the search filter at any time.
Which villas are child-friendly?
In the search filter you can choose the option 'child friendly' and the villas we recommend with children will appear. On the particular villa page you will find the 'child-friendly icon’ at the facilities.
Can I take my pet?
In the search filter you choose the option 'pets allowed' and the villas where pets are allowed on request will appear. On the particular villa page you will find the 'pets allowed icon’ at the facilities. If your pet is allowed and approved in at time of booking, you must strictly follow the rules of the accommodation provider. Pets are forbidden in the pool and must be in possession of a valid EU pet passport at all times.
How can I book?
You can book in three possible ways: via the site (www.tuscanvillas.vip), by email firstname.lastname@example.org) and by telephone. Via the site and per email, a booking can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Is it cheaper to book the villa directly?
Absolutely not. Because of our close contact with accommodation owners, we apply an equal price guarantee. Do you find the villa cheaper elsewhere? Then we adjust our price.
Are there any other advantages to book VIP through Tuscan Villas?
Certainly. Think of financial insolvency. If an owner for any reason has to close his villa, it is questionable whether you still get your money back. Or think of a calamity and the holiday has to be cancelled. in both cases you are assured at Tuscan Villas VIP that you will receive your travel sum in return. Calamity Fund for Travellers

Travel Disputes Committee
This committee forms part of the Disputes Committee for Consumer Affairs and handles disputes between consumers and travel companies. The complaints handling procedure is conducted in the ANVR-brochure www.sgc.nl.
Can I add a preference or essence in my booking?
Of course you can. Preferences cannot be guaranteed, medical essences agreed in advance can be guaranteed.
When is my reservation confirmed?
At the moment that you have finished the booking process and you have agreed with the conditions, Villas VIP considers your reservation as final. The invoice is sent to your email address almost immediately after booking as well as a payment invitation. Any VIP treatments will be added later, the invoice will be adjusted. At what time the payment is required?
The deposit is 30% of the total amount. After you have completed the reservation you will pay this first deposit. Payment can be done by IDEAL or bank transfer. Any treatments are added to the final invoice, which you pay 6 weeks before arrival. When you book within six weeks before the arrival date, you pay the total amount at time of booking. What about the villa rent prices?
The prices listed on the Tuscan Villas VIP website are per accommodation, for the number of permanent beds. At a villa 9 + 1, this means that the price is based on 9 people. The 10th person sleeps on an extra bed or on the sofa bed, this is stated in the text. For the extra person a surcharge may apply, this is indicated in the column ‘including and extra costs’. The ‘from prices’ are based on the current lowest price of the available travel dates of the relevant accommodation. In the prices VAT is included.
Are there additional costs?
Next to the villa price, you will find the ‘ included and additional costs schedule. Divided in ‘additional costs locally' and 'paid at time of booking’. Take note if the cost are mandatory or only applicable if these extras are booked.
Which extras can I book?
Baby cots, children's chairs, bed linen / towels, can be reserved at the time of booking. At some villas it is also possible to book things like pool towels or a welcome dinner. Pets are also indicate as extras. If there are other special matters that you need on the spot, ask us and we will check the possibilities. If you have forgotten to book an extra at time of booking, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible. Please note that for the baby cots, the linen not included.
Which travel documents do I need?
Check long before departure if your passport or identity card, is still valid during your stay in Tuscany.

Check with the Italian embassy in your country the desired travel documents for your child(ren)
Which travel documents do I receive and when do I receive them?
Your travel documents consist a voucher, directions to the accommodation and general information about the destination. You will receive a link at the specified email address and you must print the documents yourself. You must check the details on the travel documents carefully. If something does not match what you have booked, you should contact Tuscan Villas VIP as soon as possible. If you have booked a flight and car rental, do not forget to check these travel documents as well and take them with you. The same for your travel insurance policy.

Where can I book my flight to Tuscany?
For flights, search on Skyscanner.com. Select destination Pisa (PSA), Florence (FRL), Perugia Santegidio (PEG), Bologna International (BLQ) or Rome. At the villa you will find the distances to the nearest airports at the 'location tab.’
Do I have to take care of a travel and cancellation insurance?
It is not mandatory, but highly recommended. In most cases a cancellation insurance has to be arranged within 7 days after booking. A travel insurance usually until the day before departure. If you arrange your travel insurance, make sure you count the entire travel period, including your traveling days. Calculate your full travel sum when you arrange your cancellation insurance, including your possible booked flight and rental car.
